Uncle Roy’s bbq is the best bbq in The Valley ! The #1 combo has brisket, chicken, and sausage. Plate comes with rice, beans, potato salad and the usual pickles, jalapeños and onions. Employees are very nice and helpful. Great place to eat and enjoy.
